Ahhh....please help!

I have lost 50 pounds!! I love to exercise! This is great right?!

My problem is...I lost my dad March 5...I went from part time care giver to full time caregiver for my mom. Thankful I am able to do this. But it can be stressful. Stress from kids and life in general has been hard expecially the last month.

I just can't seem to get back to eating right! Feel free to add me and encouragement and advice is appreciated!

    Sorry for your loss Lola. Very hard time I am sure.
    As for stress, it makes eating and or daily life difficult at best, You need to find Lola time at least 60 minutes a day. It may seem impossible but it is not! Food is just something we turn to to make us feel better usually with adverse effects. Go to the store, have the right foods on hand, throw away the chips! It will make you feel better about yourself, which is the start of relieving stress!

    Re-focus? How old is your mom? In her 60's? 70's?
    Together make a goal of making super healthy dinners.
    Trying new things in the kitchen.
    * Just an idea to get your mind off things. ex: have you ever tried quinoa?

    Sadly...my momma is only 56. She has had 3 strokes. The last one left her having seizures and some days more like a child so someone has to be with her. She isn't interested in anything.
