Nearly 2 stone down (Pics)

So happy that I'm finally starting to see a change, I'm 5'8" and my starting weight at the beginning of January was 168lbs. I'm now 22lbs down at 145, and I have a new dress to show off! I have a wedding to attend at the end of this month and I had bought a dress to wear ages ago, but now it's hanging off me, so I had to go and get a new one! I'm now 5lb off my goal of 140, though now I'll continue down to 135. All thanks to MFP, running and kettlebells!

Thank you! It's nice to see a difference, although I know I have lost weight, I still see myself as the same size.0

Answered above but it’s a English imperial measurement of weight not sure much of Europe uses it - we kind of use stone/lbs and now metric weight too so we are a mixed bag in the UK (odd bods aren’t we).

Funny though, I never realised other countries didn't use stone as a measurement!0 -
