It depends on what you eat. I go to Yo Sushi (there is lots of calorie infor on here for there) where there is a lot of fried food, which i stay clear of (tempora etc). the sushi ranges from about 50cals (usually ones with veg) to about 130cals per piece. there is also a lot of rice, which means you can consume too much carbs, so try to have some peices that may be wrapped in seaweed or sashimi which is really good!.
all the fish makes it quite good for you, but try not to have too much soy with it as its loaded with soduim. its a goos choice for eating out, but like whenever you eat out, trynot to go over board as its really easy to. Hope you enjoy it

    Hope this helps

Stick with sashimi and no soy sauce. You will be able to eat a nice portion protein for a lot lower calorie count. Rolls and sushi include rice, therefore increasing your carbs/calories.

Do your research first, plan what you are going to eat and stick to your plan.
I would say you have a mean bf but sushi is mostly good for you and not full of cal's.

If you decide it's too much of a hassle, your boyfriend can take me instead. I promise to behave! :flowerforyou:

(I'll behave as far as your boyfriend goes, but I have over 1000 calories left for dinner and I would TEAR UP that buffet!)

He should be more considerate to not take you to an AYCE buffet. I'm sure there is a great sushi place where you can order by piece and not be tempted to try everything on a buffet, including the fried stuff.
