Hello Everyone. As of January 1 (When i started taking my life back) i was 6'1 and 303lbs. I have an Amazing wife and a very active 14 year old daughter. I was tired of watching life pass me by and decided it was time to make a change. My goal is 225lbs and im determined to get there! I have lost 17lbs to date just by changing diet alone. Im glad to be here and have really enjoyed the threads on this forum.

    I'm also from Delaware. Congratulations on working to get your life back and the weight loss so far. I've been off and on on this MFP and getting motivated to take my life back as well.
