So I am a mommy to a BEAUTIFUL 11 month old. But needless to say my body went out along with my pregnancy. Before I was 145 now., almost a year last I am still 180-185 I hate it. I need the inspiration to help me out so any tips will be greatly appeciated and friends would be lovely too =]]

Hi, Welcome and Congrats on the new little one!
It is very daunting to try and lose baby weight. I lost mine for a while and then gained it back again.
I also have a diastasis which makes me look 5 months pregnant even though I had my daughter 3 years ago. I never have really done anything about it but I have a great book which is supposed to be very useful for dealing with a diastasis if you've got one. It's called "Lose Your Mummy Tummy" by Julie Tupler. I keep meaning to follow all the exercises continually and when I do even some of them they do help, so it's worth a look. I just need to keep them up. I figure I'm giving myself until my 40th birthday to be in the best shape of my life. I've got three years to go! (yeah, I'm really giving myself that long!)
I wish you all the best in your new venture, I've lost eight pounds in 3 months or so using this site it's very insightful.
