Anybody here from the UK? I'm a student that's trying to get fit and into a healthy weight :)

    Yep! Lancashire born and bred. How's it going then? Getting in to the routine often seems the hardest part of the gig I find.

    Nice!! I'm in Huddersfield (Yorkshire lass born and bred) it is difficult nearer to exams but when I take a break I usally run or walk around if I can just to get out and excise
