If you have Pandora, the BEST station ever for cardio is using Mariah Carey's song "It's Like That" to make your own station. Every song on there is cardio genius! And I've been listening to LMFAO - Party Rock Anthem and Selena Gomez & The Scene - Who Says over and over again!

I'm not sure what you're into, but I generally like to listen to electronic music. I really liked Washed Out, Baths, Small Black, and Caribou right now. They make me feel energetic, but they're also very ambient and calming.

My husband's best friend is a DJ in Charlotte, NC. He plays house music for some of the clubs in the downtown area. He made a mix for me that lasts for my entire cardio workout. It helps me keep my rhythm because with house music the same beat goes throughout the entire mix. I love it! It helps me to keep a nice steady pace while sweating off the pounds. You can download the same mix from his website at this link:

I am into hard rock, not too sure what you like listening to. Disturbed gets me really pumped, especially some of their newer songs like "The Infection" and "Haunted". "Nightmare" by Avenged Sevenfold and "Young" by Hollywood Undead has also been go to's lately. I also love anything by Breaking Benjamin and Killswitch Enage.

I also find Edguy - Superheroes pretty motivational.

A lot of times if I have a favorite song (and it's on the slower side) I will look on iTunes for a remix version. Recently I just got "Rolling in the Deep" as a remix and its perfect! But 80's music is great too!
