Body fat

I've been wondering what it takes to get a thigh gap. I've heard you have a body fat percentage of 18 but I'm 33%. I know that's obsessed but is there still a way? My thighs are big but not really big.

    It's genetics. Some people have them even when overweight and some will only have them if they are underweight with muscle loss.

    It depends on the width of your pelvis. Wider pelvis = more likely to have a thigh gap.
