needed to reach my first goal of 20 pounds!!!! I'm soooooo excited!!!

Over the weekend I kinda relaxed a bit and went over in calories 3 days in a row and didn't exercise much....then monday morning right back into the swing of things....and now...bam....down 2 more pounds!!! I guess it's true that every now and then your body needs a few extra calories to get your matabolism kickstarted again!!!!!

YAY!!!

    LOL...I went over my calories this past weekend and ended up gaining 2lbs....so jealous...good for you!!!
