Can someone explain in plain English, 1-2 sentences, the differences between all the Beachbody workout programs? The advertising muck just says they're all great workouts and don't give me any idea of what type of exercises you actually DO. Thanks. PLEASE-NO SOLICITATIONS!!

I can only tell you about PiYo as that's the only one I've done. It's like Pilates and yoga (PiYo, get it?) But not as boring. I tried so many times to get into yoga because I'm naturally extremely flexible, but it was always so dull.
PiYo you are always moving and they do the routines too fun songs.
I really enjoy it
I haven't really tried any of the other beach body workouts.1 -
COME ON Y'ALL LET'S GO.
Or Tony Horton.0 -
Here's a website with descriptions of some of Beachbody's sets
https://www.totalfitnessdvds.com/Beachbody-s/353.htm?searching=Y&sort=13&cat=353&show=10&page=1&search= dvd
If you click on the title you get more detailed information. The newest sets won't be there.1 -

I found that googling the workout name and adding "blog," "review," "details," or a combination of those gets me info on any workout dvd set, even stuff that isn't Beachbody.
Yeah I've always just googled the program and "review" to get info. Obviously they each tend to have different goals, and that can be found in the reviews. Along with difficulty.
One thing to think about is if you have a preference on the style of the instructor. I like P90X (though I didn't know to pick heavier weights back then), but I can't stand Tony. Awesome as a person, just not who I want to listen to while I workout. I much prefer the Shaun T style that I noticed in T25. I need a more drill instructor type. Those are the only two programs I'm really familiar with.1
