Help! Fell off the food wagon!

hi,

I'm usually really good at eating health and balanced, my training is up there. I training 6 days a week, twice boxing, weight training and spinning. But recently I've been eating quite badly, e.g going out for dinner at work like maccies and Burger King

I have a cheat at the weekends but it's a pain because I'm eating crap in the week!

Anyone got any advise to say eating well?

    I don't see an issue with having take out or eating fast food if it fits in your calorie goals.

    If it doesn't then you need to make the choice...

    It's sort does fit my calories, but my fat percentage goes up :(

    It's just so easy, bloody things haha!
