First log in day didnt go so well. Could have been worse...but could have been better.

    Started last Wednesday and I've dropped six pounds. Only calorie counting right now and I'm going to start Zumba tomorrow and go twice a week.

    Hope this works....trying to stay positive and believe in myself this time around.
