I'm jazzed to see I'm making progress getting back into shape. I've gained about 30 lbs over the last 8 years and tried a few things in the past but never really stuck with it. I'm out about 30 days today and I'm down 7 pounds. Haven't done anything super dramatic aside from researching what I should be eating, tracking my food, drinking more water and being a little bit more mindful of being active when I can. Happy to add or be added to share info on what's helping and not not moving forward in this journey :)
