    Ex-military been out 12 years now just trying to get back in it. I'm a stress eater as well, some days I do good and others I fail, Just trying to find a balance seems impossible working 12 hour shifts as a nurse! Looking for a group or people that want to get there no matter how many times it takes!

    Rudy, my total goal is somewhere around 50lbs, currently I'm 20 or so down. I'll throw you an invite, I could use some more men on my feed. I have a ton of fantastic women on there but it would be nice to have another male or two as we can relate a bit more.

    I know all about the long days and how hard it is, I work rotational 6 months of the year and for every single one of those days I sit behind a desk or in a car for 12-13.5 hours, 30 days straight.

    The social aspect of this site makes losing much easier, I am part of a group where I have documented every step of the way with my struggles, successes, photos and workouts. Unfortunately the group is still small and there are only a couple dedicated posters there but by far it has been the most motivating way to stick to my goals. If you are interested in something like that I will post a link to the group below.
