Fitbit and net calories

Mfp estimates I burn 2k a day and I eat 1200 net.
Fitbit is synced and gives me more calories. With my exercise Fitbit usually runs around 2500 calories. So I eat 1200 net, but eat around 1700-1800 total. Mfp says I will lose this way. What you think?

Depending on activity level its possible.

I averaged a total intake of 1800-2000 for most of my weightloss. I have a current trend weight of 121.7 lbs and with my activity my average to maintain is in the 2200-2300 range.

Sure - both sets of numbers give you about a 500cal/day deficit.
As long as you are logging your food accurately, you certainly should lose weight with these numbers.
I don't know your current numbers, but I'm losing weight slowly and steadily, as planned, eating around 1600 net. You truly don't have to starve!

Today my total burn was 3,100 and I ate 1,900. So that is a 1,200 net

My starting calories are around 1500 but this starts to go up at around 3000 steps and is usually at around 3000 by the end of the day with 21000 steps. I generally can't manage to eat more than 2000-2200 Calories so end up with a deficit of around 1000-1500 and am losing at the rate of about 2.5lb a week. So it all certainly seems to be adding up for me.

To have that kind of a burn means being taller/heavier.

(I did 25k yesterday, my total burn was 2400. Being a small fry and at goal weight means less of a calorie burn.
I did 40k one day, I got 2600. And thats the reason why I don't do 25k on too many days, not when 15k gets me 2200...its not worth the effort especially when I have no intention of eating more than 2100 calories a day.)

Yeah true. I had to go waay back to check, but I get around 2,900 for 26,000 steps, which are very, very rare these days, so rare I'd forgotten lol
