HBA1C down to normal!

A few years ago my HBA1C put me at borderline diabetic. I just had my first HBA1C in the normal range! I have lost 29 pounds and brought my blood sugars into normal range.

    Way to go! I see if my HBA1C is normal tomorrow. I'm hoping it is after losing 40lbs. But I am still like way obese!

    Well I found out I am a prediabetic with a six month retest. I am so stoked I don't need shots!
