Vitamins Supplements

Does anyone have suggestions for vitamins or supplements to promote weight loss? I am not looking for a quick fix/diet pill. I'm also not looking to be the meathead at the gym who pulls out an enormous bottle of powdered nonsense. Just a daily something to keep me healthy and my metabolism up. Any suggestions are helpful.

Cheers,
WM

I am trying "Thermogenic Fat Burner with Green Tea Extract" by Earths Designs right now. I tend to retain water, and wanted to give this supplement a try. I tried Teami Blends Skinny Tea, which is a detox tea that helps with cleansing your body of toxins, I like it very much but wanted to try something different. Like you I am not looking for a quick fix, I just want to stay on track and not go backwards on my journey.

I took a green extract pills for about a week.
I was driving I-95 and had to pull over almost calling 911.
My heart was beating fast. I thought I would die.

IF a pill caused weight loss, it would be a bigger company than walmart.
It would be the biggest most profitable company in the world.
Would take over the stock market.
It would be on an endless loop on Fox News.

All pills do is make your wallet thin.
I drink plain coffee before working out. After, something w/ protein.
Weight loss is 90% about what you eat. You can't outrun a bad diet.

That was a little harsh. Just looking for advice on vitamins, no need to be rude.

There is nothing that fills your criteria. Your metabolism doesn't need to be kept up, if it did, you would need to be seeking urgent medical attention. To promote weight loss, consume less calories than you use. Vitamins and supplements are for shortfalls.

Which toxins did you specifically need to cleanse from your body using a 'tea'?

Calls someone else harsh while calling others meatheads. Nice.

It cleanses your wallet not toxins. No such thing.

If you don't feel you're getting enough nutrition from what you're consuming, a daily multivitamin is okay.

Supplements are designed to fill gaps in your nutrition. They won't increase weight loss by any means.

There is no magic pill out there that will make you lose weight. There are hundreds of pills that are marketed to be sold to you as such, but honestly they probably won't do anything for you. The best thing you can do for yourself is focus on your diet, eat lots of veggies, and have a great workout routine. I won't stress cardio to much, because honestly, you'll burn more fat weight training by putting on muscle then you will running on a treadmill. I will stress, NEAT, non-exercise activity thermogenesis, which to sum up for this sake of this post, get out and walk more. Throughout your day, get more steps in. Park farther away, take the stairs, things like that will go along way in your efforts to burn fat. Hope this helps!
