I like raw cabbage. I also make kale chips (just google it, there are recipes all over the internet) but those aren't terribly filling. They are a healthy alternative though and do help with the salt craving.

You might like a slice of Orowheat Health Full bread, toasted. It's a decent-sized slice with only 80 calories and a lot of fiber and protein (5g each in the Nutty Grain variety). Hope this helps!

Pop Chips and Quaker brown rice mini cakes are a better substitute. But I ONLY eat those on my Indulge meal days :blushing:

I posted a recipe for "cheese chips" a while ago. It's basically slicing up a string cheese stick and baking the slices until they are crispy.

Trader Joe's Pumpernickel Pretzels, Wasa crisp bread, Finncrisp bread, flavored rice cakes.
  • I like TLC Fire Roasted Veggie Crackers. They're incredibly tasty and I can get 15 crackers for about 130 calories!

Small salad? Or some fruit? Maybe some carrot sticks, or baked sweet potato fries (Oh so yummy!), or some trail mix?
