I lost my grammy in September 2015 it spun me into a world of depression. I had had trouble with my weight since I was a kid. But after she left this world it was getting out of hand. So December 2015 my fiance found out he was diabetic and his doctor put him on a calorie diet. That's when I thought to myself hey I could do this as well. 1 so I could support him and 2 so I could better myself. I thought if I lost some weight I would feel better. Now here it is May 2016 and I am down 88 pounds I started out in December at 415 pounds. My goal weight of 170 pounds. I am at 327 now. I still have a very long way to go but with every passing hour I look at myself and I tell myself you are changing so you could be happy. My Grammy was a big part of my life and when they took her it tore out a part of me. So today not only am I doing this to myself but I'm doing it for her. Because I know that she wouldn't want me to sit around depressed all the time just because she's gone.
