I am getting a Total Gym GTS delivered soon, to add to my already extensive home gym. I really love them and enjoy the workout every time when I use one. There's just certain pieces of equipment that I really "gravitate" to (see what I did there?) no matter how many fun fitness toys I have.
What your favorite fitness guilty pleasure?

i see what you did there
congrats - looks like a really cool piece of equipment. they have several of the GTS at my physical therapist's. it seems very robust, as they have lots of clients using it daily.
my favorite fitness guilty pleasure... i use resistance bands, not just free weights. i've gotten a lot of them, too. a larger bodylastics set. they do a good job, but as soon as i can afford an inspire FT1 functional trainer, the resistance bands will probably just collect dust. http://www.inspirefitness.net/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=34
they're safe for several months, though0 -

Oooohhhh those are fun!!! I do like very strong resistance bands, but they do tend to exacerbate my tendinitis. I am prone to tendinitis and anything "pully" seems to set it off.0
