I'm really glad to meet you. ☺☺☺ Oh I tend to have many cheat days and sometimes I lose track on my diet plan...0

I try not to have cheat days as I think it undos the hard work I've put in and moves me further from my goal!1

I could also use a weight loss buddy! I've recently lost 22lbs in 7 weeks but have a lot more to go.

Plan your meals for weekends just like you would the rest of the week and keep a jounal in three ways, a journal for your feelings and obsticles, a food journal and an exercise journal. I plan my snacks as well so they are part of my daily calories and carb counts and I still stick to my Diet. You might also may want to read the Book Made to crave your deepest desires for God not food. Yhe author is LYSA1

Don't worry about a cheat day a week. I give myself Saturday off (although I'm not a maniac) but am fairly rigid with myself during the week.
I'm looking for an accountability buddy so that I remember to log all meals and don't fall out of the habit. And I could be done with someone else watching over me when the temptation comes!
