I made a yummy wrap today and it really filled me up!!!

I took a whole wheat tortilla and warmed it up in the microwave, then I spread half a wedge of sundried tomato/basil laughing cow on it. I then put some shreadded chicken breast on it (I bought a rotisserie today, makes it easier). Then I put some lettuce and a little cheese on it....next time I might put some salsa on it :)

I've also tasted whole wheat tortillas that weren't so great but mission has a whole wheat carb balance tortilla for 80 cals that is pretty good or I also use flatout mini wraps.. those are really good and only 70cals.
