to the OP, do you eat food you love every day? i'm still losing, but i foods that WW doesn't like - fats (not sugars 'cause i'm diabetic or i would eat them) chocolate, pizza and more foods i really like. it makes it a lot easier not to binge when you eat stuff that satisfies you emotionally.
my philosophy - life it too short not to eat ice cream4 -
I'm not a WW fan. Just figure out, roughly, your target calories for a day and log what you eat. Increase or decrease calories according to your weight trends. WW makes eating really complicated. Also make sure you eat enough fat. I know if im doing too many "low fat " low calorie " foods I'm sooo starving by the end of the day. I've lost 20 pounds so far and eat what I want as long as it's within my calorie budget.0
