18 oz spice cake mix
15oz can pumpkin
1 cup water
Mix, 350 for 20 min makes 24 only 97 each! So yummy!

    The recipe I make just calls for the canned pumpkin and any flavor cake mix no water. (I use spice cake too)
    For 18 cupcakes 114 calories.

    You have to calculate with your own mix. Mine were around 120 calories. I used carrot cake mix, only added a tbsp of water, and got around 18 I think? It's been a while.

    These are CRAZY good! I followed OPs recipe with a spice cake mix, and it's fantastic.

    I have been topping the muffing with a half tablespoon of light cool whip (5 Cal) and it's like a tiny pumpkin pie.
