I'm far from where I want to be but I've finally replaced belly fat with muscle! For me, my belly has always been my trouble area, and the thing I'm most self conscious about. I'm excited to finally see some progress and would love to see your 'during' pics! Also would love to make some friends who also need motivation to continue their progress!

    Nice work! Here is a before and after for me. I had foot surgery and was very sedentary!!! It didnt help that I ate like a linebacker either... But today I started to see some progress finally. 2vmcrbahu3bb.jpeg
