I always need good tunes to listen to while working out. What is on your rotation or go to list for lifting / cardio days? Here's mine:

1. Rocky IV soundtrack
2. Creed soundtrack
3. Tron soundtrack (I don't even like this type of music but it gets me pumped)
4. Taylor Swift (girl in me... what can i say)
5. J. Cole

I could always use more!

    I love using steadymixes.com to get new workout mixes! They have all different genres and I can discover new music without using wifi which is nice

    I LOVE J. COLE!!! I get a lot of my workout music from the pandora stations Today's R&B and Hip Hop Hits, as well as Dance Pop Radio. I also use the app 8Tracks. I really like lifting/doing cardio to trap music (both on the rap music side and the EDM side). If you're interested, I can make a blog post with some of my recent playlists :)

    I've been using spotify to find some great tunes. They have got a great selection of cardio, lifting and general music. Highly recommend.
