Today I walked 10,321 steps and 4.03 miles. I like to get 10,000 steps a day as I am losing weight by being active this way just really walking, but I got a late start today so this might be it for me for the day. Tomorrow is a new day for more walking.3

Walked with my kids, plus carried a kicking and screaming toddler back to the house. Took about 30 minutes. I will grt out more tomorrow. Maybe play some ball with the kiddos at the park.1
