I've lost weightu2idzyo11c0a.jpeg
on a high fat, high protein lifestyle change! I cut out dairy, most gluten (not all), non organic meats, and heavy starches! My diet has consisted of a lot of organic eggs, venison, chicken, nuts, nut butters, olive oil, coconut oil, pure dark chocolates, avacados, salmon, and vegetables. I eat fruit occasionally but not often. My calorie intake is anywhere between 1200-2000 calories per day depending on what I'm eating and the intensity of my workouts. For my workouts, I run 5-7 miles 5 days a week and lift 6 days a week. Occasionally I will take a few days off from exercise all together and that has always helped boost more weight loss. I drink a lot of water as well. My height is 5'9 and my weight is 170lbs. I was 249lbs 2 years ago. I'd like to lose 20lbs more.
