I am new to Myfitness pal..well I did upload this app before, but never stuck to it, I wasn't ready. Now I am. How many find it difficult to stay off sugar? I might last 2-3 days...but then at some point I think, one ice cream won't make a difference, and there I go again!

I think it is definitely difficult but completely doable if you want it bad enough. If you value your goal more than that temptation, you should not have a problem in the long run. I have cut a lot of sugar from my diet. You will be surprised how much sugar you can cut if you drink just water, coffee, or plain tea. I allow myself to have small amounts of peanut butter or honey here and there. Fruits will have their share of sugar too so not too much of that. Keep your diet up, keep your exercises hard. Soon you won't even think about missing sugar because you will be happy with your results and want to get leaner. Good luck!
