How do I fit my calorie foods into my goal weight calories when I am short or have to fit in the foods I eat.

Only for special occasions where I would eat more than normal.
Planning. Log in advance what you will eat at these occasions and stick to it. Save up calories through the week if you need to or do extra exercise. If I have a special occasion coming up on the weekend I will often leave 100 or so calories each weekday so I can use them on the weekend, then do a big workout on the day so I can have a treat without going over.0 -

I'm 5'3" and weight 134 so I only get 1280cal/day while I'm still in the losing weight phase. I feel like I still get plenty to eat but I try to do some kind of exercise a day, even if it is 30 min of walking and listening to a podcast.
Average food day:
coffee
english muffin w/cream cheese
egg
banana and FiberOne 90 calorie bar for snack
light lunch like a grilled chicken salad
normal dinner like tonight sesame chicken w/broccoli over rice
little dessert like York Peppermint minis (I have 5)
I'm a chocolate lover so having the FiberOne bar and the little candy helps my cravings.
I've lost 20lbs eating basically like this every day.0
