How does my exercise plan look?

I'm leaving for a trip to the Caribbean in 14 days and would like to be as fit as possible by then for my bikini! This is my exercise plan for the next 2 weeks and I'd love any and all input on it.

Monday 27th - 30 Day Shred
Tuesday 28th - AM yoga, 30 Day Shred OR Billy Blanks Cardio Inferno
Wednesday 29th - AM yoga, walking/jogging, rock climbing
Thursday 30th - AM yoga, weights, HIIT workout
Friday 1st - AM yoga, 30 Day Shred
Saturday 2nd - walking ("rest" day)
Sunday 3rd - weights/abs
Monday 4th - AM yoga, 30 Day Shred
Tuesday 5th - AM yoga, pilates with resistance band
Wednesday 6th - AM yoga, 30 Day Shred
Thursday 7th - AM yoga, walking/jogging, weights/abs
Friday 8th - AM yoga, 30 Day Shred
Saturday 9th - walking ("rest" day)
Sunday 10th - walking/jogging
Monday 11th - LEAVE FOR TRIP! :glasses:

    I love how you're still incorporating something active in to your rest day!

    It seems a little intense for someone at my fitness level but if you're more active than I say it looks good. I would love to do things like that but I'm not at that level yet. Good luck. You can do anything you set your mind to.

    Looks good - you have a lot of variety, and I like that you've included lower intensity rest days each week - really important to give your body a chance to recover and rebuild those muscles :-)
  • Sounds bathing suit ready to me..lol. I am thinking of trying the 30 day shred...what do you input it as in your exercise journal on here?

    The Shred should be logged as "Circuit Training, General".

    Thanks for all of the input everybody! :flowerforyou: I am stepping up my intensity a little bit, but I've been working out nearly daily for over a month now so I'm pretty sure my body can handle it.
