MONDAY MOTIVATORS - Week 1

Hello everyone! :) For those of you who are already part of "Monday Motivators", please feel free to post your weight below or how much weight you've lost since last week! I realize it hasn't been a full week, but if we want to start posting every Monday, this will get us on track!

For those who would like to join our group, we are called the Monday Motivators and we set a new goal each week! This past week, it was to lose 2 lbs in a week.

If anyone has any suggestions for what this weeks goal should be - please post and we will vote!

    I guess it makes sense to start on a Monday if we're going to post results on a Monday! For all those who are already members, and for all those who would still like to join - our goal this week is to lose 2 lbs by Monday, July 4th!

    Everyone can post results on Monday - I will create another thread! Please add me as a friend and check my profile to link to the thread next week.
