Its hard for me to eat healthy when im not the one who buys the groceries for the house hold. I do drink lots of water but I'm still not seeing the results I want (a flat stomach and biggee butt/thighs). Any advice for what to eat to help me obtain that and should I drink something other than water? Occasionally I'll drink a tea or juice.

It is going to be extremely hard to eat healthy if you are not able to buy the foods you need. Even though you do not buy the groceries can you buy YOUR groceries. Talk tho the people in your household and let them know what you that you are trying to eat healthy and would like to but your own groceries or possibly give money to the person that does buy groceries. Now in order to obtain the body shape you want - bigger butt and thighs I suggest sqwats they work wonders. Once you get into the habit of doing them you will see a tremendous difference in your lower body and core. There are several different types of sqwats you can do and sqwat challenges that can get you started.2 -
Get involved in the grocery shopping and cooking.
Tea and other liquids count as water. Juice is fine as long as you count the calories.1 -
What is the reason you can't go along and buy the groceries or go out and buy just your own food? Just curious.
Make sure you measure and weigh all that you eat.0 -
Do you drive? Go to the store on your own and buy some fruit and veggies.0

Seriously OP, eat less than you burn for weight loss. From what you've said about body type goals, consider lifting. Here are some of the lovely lifting ladies of mfp, and read this.

You might invest in a scale, eat what your family is having, but watch the portions.
Body reshaping is another thing altogether and water won't do it.
Exercise won't directly reshape your belly and thighs but it will help you firm up somewhat.1 -

This.
Also, it sounds like your goals might be more along the lines of a recomp or strength training program. If so, it doesn't matter what you drink (I personally dislike spending calories on beverages beyond those few in black coffee, though), but what your workout program is (and of course having a sensible calorie goal and hitting it and adequate protein).1 -
You need to eat in a calorie deficit to lose weight (body fat). Makes no difference what you eat, provided you are in that deficit. However, I would track your carbohydrate intake.1
