Lets create a group of people who want to motivate and push each to be the best we can be. Lets create a group of people who push each other thru the hard times (at times mine are on a daily basis) to see who can loose the most weight in a healthy way by the end if May!

Accountability is my downfall. So, I propose we hold each other accountable. Each day lets post what we eat, the exercise we do and even random things such as humor!

Great things CAN be accomplished with the right attitude and lots of determination!
