I was at my ideal weight and constantly watching it. Watching it got boring.. But I found myself not logging in for 15 months. For each month not logging, I gained a pound. So starting over even with very little exercise just the fact that I've been logging everything here again I've already lost 4 pounds. So it's really important to take the time and log everything even when you've already reached your goal.
