Good morning!
After regaining 17kg that I lost because I quit smoking, and also due to a cortisone injection. I'm back on it from this morning.
Taking the pictures has made me so sad and actually not too motivated. I know how much work it takes. I'm older now and very hard on myself.
From today I will be:
Limiting my sugar intake
Doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred
Spinning at least three times a week
Yoga on rest days
Eat more greens
I hope there are a few people who would like to join me on this journey.
Have a great day and stay motivated.

Congrats on quitting smoking! I quit smoking as well and gained about 20 pounds in the year following my quit date. I am looking to lose that weight and more. You have a plan laid out and it sounds like a great place to start. If you can quit smoking, you can definitely lose the 17 kg!0
