Smaller Meals 5x a day

I am a teacher who needs LOTS of energy throughout the day. I'm also an ovo-lacto vegetarian, which means I eat no meat, but I do eat dairy and egg products. I would like to know if anyone has had success with eating smaller, energy-packed meals throughout the day. If so, what are some of your favorite meals? Any suggestions for me?

  • eating 4 meals a day is the only way I can stick to the diet. For breakfast (9) I do a eggwhite cheese omlet w/ veggies and in only clocks in at 120 cals! For lunch (12) I eat special k w/ skim milk, dinner (4) I like chili w/ chicken but u cant just have meatless. The beans add enough protein. Snack (8) depends what I feeling. ie sweets than I'll eat sugarfree popcicle or if I just wanna munch than apple fries or pickle spears! lol Hope my crazy sample menu helps u! lol
