Lemon Water....Adding 6 whole squeezed lemon into a 2L pitcher of water

Hello folks...

I have been substituting soft drinks for Lemon water for the last 3 weeks now and using about 6 lemons per 2L picture. Was interested on how many calories this concoction renders?. Since the change in eating and drinking habits, I have lost about 12lbs in 3 weeks and feel great...

It would depend on the size of the lemons.

Unless you are morbidly obese, 4lbs a week is way too fast/unhealthy rate of loss.

Measure how much you're using and check. It's not going to be a lot though.

Thanks for the tip!. I average about 1500 calories a day with 2 km walk added in there. I think the initial 10 lbs might of been water retention..

When I make lemon water (sounds really tasty right now, come to think of it...) I'd juice the lemons into a measuring cup so I'd at least know how many oz I was using.
