Has anyone else done BOSU before? I was wondering if you had tips on keeping your balance. It's such a hard workout. I going for my third time tonight.
if anyone does do this, how do you guys log it if you don't have a HRM?

OMG the bosu deffo helped with my balance, I used to do a circuit class with it and it was a major challenge. Good luck!!
I would log it as circuit training if you are doing a cardio workout with it or as calesthinics if you are doing more of a body weight workout

Its this:
Because you can use it with the ball portion up or down, it has a lot of versatility, and it can be a very challenging workout. Especially if you have an instructor/trainer who knows how to fully utilize it.0 -
So are you like doing squats on what appears to be half of a swiss ball with a stand? That does sound challenging. Can you buy one of those things in a store, or is it only at clubs? I don't think I've ever seen it before.0

Oh dear, that does look tricky. I fell over my own feet on a perfectly straight running path yesterday, I think I'll give this a miss!0

Bump (possibly literally )0

My trainer has me do lunges and pushups with this thing... and it is an absolute nightmare. He's tried getting me to do squats on it, but I hate the unstable feeling of standing on it. I'd make up your own exercise for it.0

How much did you pay? I really want to get one but I haven't seen them for less than 80 dollars.0
