Has anyone else done BOSU before? I was wondering if you had tips on keeping your balance. It's such a hard workout. I going for my third time tonight.

if anyone does do this, how do you guys log it if you don't have a HRM?

OMG the bosu deffo helped with my balance, I used to do a circuit class with it and it was a major challenge. Good luck!! :) I would log it as circuit training if you are doing a cardio workout with it or as calesthinics if you are doing more of a body weight workout

Just curious... what is BOSU? My balance needs help and this sounds promising.

Because you can use it with the ball portion up or down, it has a lot of versatility, and it can be a very challenging workout. Especially if you have an instructor/trainer who knows how to fully utilize it.

So are you like doing squats on what appears to be half of a swiss ball with a stand? That does sound challenging. Can you buy one of those things in a store, or is it only at clubs? I don't think I've ever seen it before.

Oh dear, that does look tricky. I fell over my own feet on a perfectly straight running path yesterday, I think I'll give this a miss!

My trainer has me do lunges and pushups with this thing... and it is an absolute nightmare. He's tried getting me to do squats on it, but I hate the unstable feeling of standing on it. I'd make up your own exercise for it.

I am pretty confident that I've seen in on ****'s sporting goods website before. Ive never tried the move above, that looks hard!

How much did you pay? I really want to get one but I haven't seen them for less than 80 dollars.
