Saying goodbye to procrastination

Hello All, looking for some motivation, healthy recipe recommendations to help me reach my weight and fitness goals. I am true believer of Beachbody fitness; all though I could do without their shakeology protein shakes. I loss all my baby fat with Slim in 6 some years ago and have fallen off the wagon. Recently purchased T25; has anyone hear tried this fitness program or any home fitness program that has help them lose weight?

I'm in the Beta round of T25 and I love it! I haven't necessarily lost a ton of weight, but I have lost inches. I had already lost about 30 lbs prior to starting T25, but still hadn't gone down a size (started at 16). I started T25 as a last ditch effort to go down at least one size prior to an upcoming summer vacation.
Probably midway to a third of the way into Alpha I was able to get into size 12 bottoms! I'm starting my second week of Beta today, and even though some 12s are still snug, I am starting to be able to get into some size 10 stuff.
Is it all because of T25? I don't know; I am doing additional workouts besides T25. But I really think T25 has been the difference. I do not follow the diet plan, just stay within my calorie goal set here at MFP. And I honestly wasn't that good with diet through much of Alpha...so I'm sure results could have been better.

Hi. thanks for the feedback. That's great progress. I remember feeling overwhelmed with losing inches and not seeing the weight come off fast enough with Slim in 6; until my colleagues started to compliment me on my weight loss. You'll get there.
What has worked for me in the past was drinking at least 8 cups water and eating more frequent meals. I set reminders on my calendar to help me keep track of eating; such as drink water now, eat a fruit etc.
With work I sometimes eat late and skip meals. This time around I am trying the calories intake. I have fallen behind in my workouts. I finally started T25 and felt fatigue and definitely out shape. Need to build stamina.
Keep me posted on your progress.0
