Is it normal to be 1lb heavier a few days before your period starts? Thanks..

Yes...I can gain 3-5lbs during the week or so before. I just drink lots of water and try not to eat salty foods during that time. It helps me

I know that I retain a lot of water before that time of the month. i have heard of some people putting on more than that. I would yes it is normal.0

yes, bloating and water retention around TOM leads to slight weight gain but will be gone again once its finished
I usually go up 2-3lbs around that time!! No biggie, its only a temporary gain.

I always go up a couple of pounds for about 8 days a month (before/during/after TOM).0

Definitely heavier just before and during and just after!!! It varies between 2-3 pounds heavier for me. And I have practically no loss during that week either!!! Grr!!! xx0

yeah im currently on it, and ive gained 4 pounds. but i just took my measurements and ive lost another inch around my belly ; )0
