Here's a question or challenge..how do you mantain a healthy eating habit while working approximately 30hrs in a week spread out and going to college in the mornings and the rest of spare days work at being a mom/teacher/cleaning house person/cook for family person ????? Any suggestions to keep in top shape

Depends on your goals, how strenuous your activity is (tdee), how much food you eat, if you workout....a lot of factors. What are your goals though? Might make your question easier to answer0

Well for being a college student and single parent i juggle a lot. But after every semester ends i get the chance to get back into my running routine and eating better. However I have noticed once the semester starts again I loose my great habits because I get preocupied with school. So I just want some kind of direction on how to make sure I eat as best I can while I am away from home since the semester can take a toll on how often I cook and how often i excersice. Just trying to keep the range of low 120 or mid 115ish type1

Well it's all going to come down to your energy(calories) in vs energy out. If you're gaining weight, eat less or more more, and if you're dropping below your ideal weight then it's vice versa. You sound pretty active, but if weight is your premise and not really fitness/ conditioning, then focus on your food intake1

Thanks! Makes it a little more clear to the approach0
