I'm new...HELP!

Hey there!

Basically just signed up today as I am able to access the site during work :p

I am 21 from Liverpool, ENG.
I have always struggled with my weight since I was a kid, always been a big child. I suppose that's why I was a natural at Rugby :# I actually did well despite always battling weight issues, but hey that's all in the past now!

I am currently sat in work thinking I NEED/MUST get back into a healthy lifestyle as I don't participate at Rugby anymore due to work it just doesn't match up with my routine anymore. I just sit at work and then sit at the couch. Now am not a stranger to the gym and the world of healthy living but I'd honestly say the past 2 years of my life I've let that slip and I have no idea how to pick it back up. I wanted a community where I could explain this to people who maybe in similar situations.

Photo's for the profile will be coming because am motivated to get back in shape or at least shed this tummy! I want to make some friends to make this journey fun! Any tips or hints for the starting phase...
