Did you just start weighing your food and exercising on Friday?

water retention due to increased wear and tear from muscles?

I wouldnt be to concerned. give it a few days and weigh again, wait fluctuates and if your certain you have been eat below maintenance then you should be safe that its just temporary.

So you lost 8lb over 1 month. And you now think you have a problem because you are not losing over a few days ?! I see no problem here. Carry on doing as you are doing.

It is likely water. You did not eat 14000 calories over maintenance so do not get discouraged by these fluctuations and keep your eyes on the end goal

when you start exercising the body naturally holds onto water weight for muscle repair (this can affect the scale reading for several days), all will be fine, keep going.
