Getting So Frustrated!

Meh :(

I just feel like I can't do this anymore. I'm stuck between 12st 5 and 12st 3 and I cannot, for the life of me, seem to go any lower!
I excercise, I eat (I don't eat all my calories but it's just impossible to do - I try eat as close to them as I can).
I drink Green Tea.
I drink water.

I don't know WHAT I'm supposed to be doing any differently.
I feel like just cutting out carbs/lowering my carb intake again and seeing how that goes. I just want to get below the 12st 3 mark, so that I can see some progress.

I have struggled to accept my weight for as long as I can remember and this just isn't healthy.

Anyone have any ideas why I'm not loosing anymore weight or what I can do to change it? :(

    Try making your diary public so that people can see your choices and offer some suggestions/support.

    Try having one free day where you eat whatever you want, and not necessarily "healthy" food either. It may result in a couple of pound increase (mostly water weight), but it may shake you out of this plateau as well.

    Do Insanity! If that doesnt work your eating the wrong foods or too much of it.
