Hi all! First time writing in this forum and I'd like to know if there is anyone out there that would like to become my support buddy? I recently started working out 6 days a week as I would like to become a vegan fitness model. However, I just went through a break up and it's hindering my motivation to stay on my path.

    You should let your breakup be your motivation....think of it as a new beginning and a new you!

    I too went through a very painful break up, but time is a great healer and working out gives you a natural high plus you end up looking better than before. Keep going, you will eventually be where you want.

    Thank you! I do trust the process. However the negative self talk takes way sometime and a sweet reminder that things will be ok always helps to put me back on track. So thank you for being that helpful voice. :)

    Continue to focus on the goals you have, and remember the reasons why you want to achieve those goals. An affirmation when I'm focusing on the low and struggling is "I am willing to witness my fear." I draw strength from acknowledging that I'm finding it tough but still battling through. Good luck!
