Hello^^ I've used this before but lately I've been really stressed and feel like my motivation isn't as strong, does anyone have any tips to keeping my motivation or any tips for workouts at home?

Hi motivation is tough, but making a good playlist usually gets me in a positive mood or talking to somebody who can help you stay on track or better yet, exercise with you. Reading posts in the community helps too.
Workouts at home - XHIT videos on YouTube are brilliant; really motivating, short, for all areas of the body and can be done so easily at home with minimal equipment - all you need is a mat and maybe some weights. Hope this is useful!1
