Does anyone out there have a really good (not drowning in cream or butter)recipe for Lamb curry that they would like to share for tonight's dinner?

Fry cumin seeds, lamb and thyme to a pan to brown meat.
Transfer to slow cooker.
In same pan add garlic, whole chopped chili, ginger, onion.
Fry then add tomato paste, all purpose seasoning, garam massala then chopped tomatoes.
season to taste with salt, pepper, coriander.
Add to slow cooker and leave on low for a good 3 hrs.
Had this yesterday, was amazing.
No specific quantities just make to your taste.2 -

Potatoes, broiled in light oil and herbs....then a nice steak. What can I say...I don't like lamb or curry.0
