How do you log 30DS? Im thinking high impact aerobics, but then if you do the modified versions, which Ill have to for awhile, then its not so much high impact is it?

    I log as general circuit training.

    I log it as "Jillian Michaels 30 day shred." I have a HRM though and know my calorie burn.

    Do you have a HRM?? I NEED to restart 30 day shred, but don't have an HRM and don't want to over exaggerate my burned calories.

    I dont have a HRM yet. Im just getting stuff around and ready to start it next week. I would this week but I need some more upper body support and some weights. lol.

    how do you reset your ticker?

    Go to tools, then ticker... and update weight data. If you want to start at 0 put your current weight in the starting weight spot.
