Learning to eat less

Despite doing well for 3 months now, i am still able to eat massive portions of food and i never feel satisfied until i am properly full. I can still eat and eat despite losing two stone by calorie counting. Will this never stop! When i have treat days i literally stuff myself stupid. When i eat light meals during the week i always feel unsatisfied because i love that feeling for being full. So much so even just an hour after eating and im not full anymore my brains telling me to snack. Calorie counting obviously restricts that but I don't want to return to maintenance one day and have the urge to eat all the time like i still do now after three months. Even when i go out for a meal i am able to clean the plate and anyone elses, i have no self control! What am I going to do!

    what about eating low caloric, high volume food like fruits and veggies?
